GoKempo Fit Boxing is a physically challenging and exciting alternative to traditional aerobic training. These classes feature all of the training aspects of Olympic style boxing, kickboxing, and fat burning interval training to achieve a full body workout. You will learn the concepts of boxing using focus mitt drills and heavy bag work.
